Manufacturing defects and damage
If your creation arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us with photos and we'll arrange a remake or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations and revisions
Cancellation and revision options depend on where your order is in production. Because each piece is made from a physical drawing, some variation from the original is expected.
